Jim Carrey's LA estate remains on the market over a year after first being listed - with 'sanctuary' now available for $23.95M following two price cuts
The actor, 62, first listed the gorgeous home for a whopping $28.9 million back in February 2023 - but when it failed to attract a buyer, it underwent two price cuts.
While reflecting on his years there, he stated, 'Every night the owls sang me lullabies and every morning I sipped my cup of joe with the hawks and hummingbirds, under a giant grandfather pine.' Along with lush greenery and large trees that offer plenty of shade outdoors, a waterfall pool bordered with a rock wall is also located in the backyard, perfect for staying cool in the California heat. When strolling along the green grass and passing art pieces placed on the freshly mowed lawn, the indoor space gives a bright and welcoming feel.
