The Real Housewives Of New York City alumna Jill Zarin has announced that she had plastic surgery after watching herself on her new show.
'Hey, guys, I've been a little bit of MIA, although I'm trying to post here and there, and I am bravely sharing that I had a lower facelift and a couple of other minor tweaks by Dr. Ira Savetsky in New York City,' she said in the video. 'And I have the most incredible doctor, who has visited me one or two times a day, including the first night of surgery, which is like unheard of, just to make sure I'm okay,' added Jill, who now lives in Boca Raton. When she caught sight of herself on The GOAT (pictured with Da'Vonne Rogers), she 'decided I needed a lower face lift' and has now procured one, she announced on Instagram this week
