Jill Duggar Posts Baby Bump Photos She Was 'Excited to Share' but 'Didn't Get to' Before Daughter's Stillbirth
Jill Duggar Dillard shared photos of her baby bump from before her daughter's stillbirth earlier this month. The '19 Kids and Counting' alum and husband Derick Dillard announced the loss of their daughter at four months pregnant in early April and held a memorial service less than a week later.
The first few slides in the carousel showed Jill in a long skirt cradling her bump and making a heart over her belly with her hands.
