Jill Duggar Posts Baby Bump Photos She Didn't Get to Share Before Daughter's Stillbirth

Jill Duggar Dillard shared the news that her daughter was stillborn at four months in mid-April.

The carousel of photos features Jill cradling her belly in a white t-shirt and a colorful skirt. In the final photo of the gallery, Jill shared a shot of her and Derik holding Isla's hand-embroidered baby blanket featuring her full name as well as a tiny bundle of knitted blankets and what resembles a tiny infant wearing a knitted pink hat. After sharing the lyrics of the song, the couple explained, "'Jesus Loves Me' was written by Anna Bartlett Warner around 1860 and is said to have been spoken as a comfort for dying children."
