Justin hinted at his plans to propose last July, commenting on a photo of Jessie and her friend Jaime Winstone modelling matching costume jewellery on the set of a special flashback episode of EastEnders. Wallace, who plays barmaid Kat Slater in the BBC soap, allegedly kneed the officer in the groin before she was arrested and placed into a police van, but she was later released without charge. A BBC spokesman told MailOnline: 'Senior bosses have spoken to Jessie Wallace about the incident and issued a clear warning that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
