Jessica Simpson Shares Sweet Selfie with Daughter: ‘Me and My Birdie’

Jessica Simpson posted a selfie of herself and 5-year-old daughter Birdie Mae snuggling under a blanket on Instagram on Aug. 24.

A few days prior, Simpson posted a black-and-white photo of Ace on Instagram, writing, "I’m gonna be a braggin’ Mom for a moment and just say that I have the kindest, most handsome 11yr old son on the planet." She shared a photo of herself wearing a pink lace mini dress underneath a red mixed-print kimono with fringe detailing while posing outside Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles. Simpson confirmed in a November 2023 interview with Footwear News that she has been gearing up to release an album, saying, "Writing music has become a beautiful therapeutic thing for me that I didn’t know was so natural, but it’s because I haven’t done it in so long."
