Jessica Simpson, 44, and her little sister Ashlee Simpson, 39, teamed up for a double mother-daughter movie outing.
She followed a meal plan and walked 14,000 steps per day with help from celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, and has since shared updates from the gym as she's maintained the weight loss through the years. The star acknowledged that her weight has been the subject of speculation for years, and it was actually one of the reasons she decided to launch her own fashion line, The Jessica Simpson Collection. Simpson continued: 'I wanted to live as a leader does and break cycles to advance forward- never looking back with regret and remorse over any choice I have made and would make for the rest of my time here within this beautiful world.'
