The El Camino Christmas star carried a red quilted shoulder bag and wore dark sunglasses in the bright Southern California weather. The plot is based on the true story of a deaf high school track team in Oregon, who went from a rag-tag bunch to state champions. The film was supposed to have been shot in Fall 2023, but production was postponed due to the actors strike, which didn't end until November 9.
