Jesse Plemons opened up about the effects of losing 50 pounds and shared the inspiration behind his recent weight loss
Plemons, who shares sons Ennis, 6, and James, 3, with wife Kirsten Dunst, went on to tell the outlet that his children were a driving force in choosing to embark on his healthy lifestyle. The Fargo alum, who kicked off his career on Friday Night Lights and Breaking Bad before becoming a bonafide movie star, spoke candidly about gaining weight in order to portray mobster Kevin Weeks in 2015’s Black Mass. Noting that the kickstart to his weight loss journey was a combination of “getting older” and visualizing a part he was going to play, Plemons explained how he approached changing his lifestyle.
