The 37-year-old reality star's attorney James Leonard told DailyMail.com exclusively on Tuesday: 'We are happy to report that all of the original charges were dismissed today in Court against Angelina. Pivarnick had plead not guilty to assault and resisting arrest after an alleged domestic violence incident at the $1.3M New Jersey mansion she shares with fiancé Vinny Tortorella. She was arrested on Sunday, June 2, at 11 p.m. after a visit from the Freehold Township Police Department, DailyMail.com reported after attending a virtual court hearing held on Tuesday, July 23.
