The BBC has launched an internal investigation into Jermaine's alleged behaviour after concerns were reportedly raised "a few weeks ago". The formal statement released earlier this month said: "We remain concerned about the potential for inappropriate workplace behaviour, particularly in creative and editorial environments. "That said, the Board will commission an independent review that will make recommendations on practical steps that could strengthen a workplace culture in line with BBC Values."
