Jeremy Renner is 'nervous' to return to work on Mayor of Kingstown after near-fatal accident... amid accusations he insulted felon girlfriend's family

On Wednesday, the 53-year-old actor took to Instagram to confirm he was back to working on Mayor of Kingstown and confessed he was more than just excited to be back on set.

The Hawkeye star — who was accused of insulting a Reno family after he began dating their ex-con daughter last year — shared with his 21.2 million followers that he was doing it all for his fans. According to a release, the upcoming season 'follows the McLusky family, power brokers in Kingstown, Michigan, where the business of incarceration is the only thriving industry.' As a part of his post, he also shared a video made by him and his daughter, which featured the song Wait from his upcoming EP Love and Titanium set to be released on January 19.
