Jeremy Clarkson's councillor quits job after 'death threats' from Clarkson's Farm fans

The councillor serving Jeremy Clarkson's farm has quit his job representing Chadlington and Churchill ward after allegedly receiving 'death threats' from Clarkson's Farm fans

The 46 year old represented the Chadlington and Churchill ward which encompasses Diddly Squat Farm, and looked after the interests of the local community at West Oxfordshire District Council. With no love lost between himself and the former Top Gear star, Cllr Temple even took a savage dig at Clarkson, as he accused the presenter of orchestrating "battles" with the council to craft "good telly". The star, who owns a stake in a Cotswold brewery, shared that his barley had come under attack by an army of slimy critters, yet he had faced criticism for opting to poison the unwanted guests rather than letting nature run its course.
