Jeremy Clarkson suffers another health setback six months after a heart scare left him 'days from death'


The former Top Gear presenter, 65, has already begun filming for series five of Clarkson's Farm following the success of the recently released fourth installment.

But as he prepared for the boozer's first day in business last summer, Jeremy became 'more and more ill' and ultimately had to undergo life-saving surgery to hold his arteries open - something detailed in the new series. He wrote in an earlier column: 'They can photograph your ventricles and every bit of your brain, but if they want to know what's going on with your prostate, which lives in the anus, for some reason, the doctor has to put his finger in there. Writing in his column in The Times in March, he said: ''My body lost the ability to deal with gluttony but once the initial enthusiasm had worn off, my mind still wanted to breakfast on Cadbury Fruit & Nut.
