Jeremy Clarkson was left emotional in the final episode of Clarkson's Farm as his friend Gerald gave an update on his cancer battle, with fans admitting they were in tears
The Diddly Squat Farm crew, including Lisa Hogan, Charlie, Kaleb Cooper, and Gerald, came together to reflect on a year filled with challenges and triumphs.
