Jeremy Allen White Thanks ‘The Bear’ Co-Stars While Accepting His Second Emmy: ‘I Want Us to Be in Each Other’s Lives Forever’


Jeremy Allen White won his second Emmy for lead comedy actor on Sunday for his performance as Carmy Berzatto in FX's 'The Bear.'

“My heart is just beating right out of its chest,” White said upon taking the stage, accept the trophy from presenters Damon Wayans, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and George Lopez. Also nominated for lead comedy actor were “Only Murders in the Building” stars Steve Martin and Martin Short as well as Larry David for “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” Matt Berry for “What We Do in the Shadows” and D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai for “Reservation Dogs.” White’s win came just minutes after his co-star Ebon Moss-Bachrach took home his second Emmy in the category of supporting comedy actor.
