Jeremih Sells Music Assets to HarbourView Equity Partners
The singer’s hits include “Don’t Tell Em,” “Birthday Sex” and “Oui.”

For the Jeremih deal, Heidy Vaquerano and Cynthia Katz of Fox Rothschild LLP served as legal counsel to HarbourView in this transaction.
