Jeopardy! viewers fuming at repeats as streaming channel is AXED without warning in double blow for bereft fans

While it has been confirmed that season 41 will officially start on September 9, devout fans currently have no choice but to re-watch season 40 if they want to get their Jeopardy! fix.

viewers are fuming at having to watch reruns from the recently released season 40 after Pluto TV's 24/7 streaming channel - which played classic episodes - disappeared without warning. distributor Sony Pictures Television inked a two-year licensing agreement with Pluto TV, greenlighting hundreds of old episodes to live on the channel alongside Wheel of Fortune. The show's launch will see Ryan Seacrest make his debut, after replacing long serving host Pat Sajak, who stepped down in June after 43 years.
