'I was on a real journey ever since my kids were born,' said the pop star, who shares twins Max and Emme, 16, with ex Marc Anthony. Ben is also father to two teenage daughters - Violet, 18; and Seraphina aka Fin, 15 - from his decade-long marriage to Daredevil leading lady Jennifer Garner, which ended in 2018.
