Jennifer Lopez finalizes sale of New York City penthouse as she parts ways with residence for $23 million - on the same day husband Ben Affleck closed escrow on his bachelor pad
Lopez first found a buyer for the residence back in April, but the deal was officially finalized on Wednesday, July 24, according to People.
The This Is Me...Now artist and Affleck listed their Beverly Hills home for sale earlier this month, after purchasing the estate for $60 million last May, but they didn't find any immediate buyers.
