Jennifer Lawrence-Produced Reproductive Rights Doc ‘Zurawski v Texas’ Sets Streaming Debut

"Zurawski v Texas," a reproductive rights documentary from EP's Jennifer Lawrence and Hillary Clinton, has found a streaming home.

Directed by Emmy-winner Maisie Crow (“Jackson”) and Abbie Perrault (“At the Ready”), the film offers an unflinching look at the human toll of Texas’s restrictive abortion laws. Centered on the stories of three courageous women and their fight to reclaim their reproductive futures, the movie “is both a testament to resilience and a rallying cry for justice and essential healthcare,” according to filmmakers. Co-director Perrault said the work “repositions abortion as essential, basic healthcare, and Jolt’s data-driven approach as a platform will allow this message to reach a diverse array of new audiences at a critical moment where women and families’ access to care is on the line.”
