The ceremony helps, 'honor those in the media who have shown exemplary achievements for fair, accurate, and inclusive representation of the LGBTQ community and the issues that affect our lives,' per the official website. Jennifer Hudson - who was one of the honorees at the event - wowed in a strapless, silver top that shone under the bright lights and slipped into a pair of matching pants.
