Jennifer Gates, 28, is expecting her second baby with husband Nayel Nassar, she revealed on Instagram on Thursday, June 27.

Jennifer, who recently graduated from medical school and is set to become a pediatrician in New York City, and Nassar celebrated their daughter’s first birthday in February with a sentimental joint post on Instagram.
