Just days ahead of his birthday, the Let's Get Loud hitmaker was seen visiting Affleck's rental home in Brentwood on Sunday while he was there, after she took his son to the mall. The singer and actress has been house hunting after putting the Los Angeles home she shared with husband Affleck up for sale and Jennifer's friends insist she always 'has [a] good attitude even when things are not perfect'.
