In fact, the Morning Show star recently told TODAY.com: “I’m the strongest and the most in shape that I’ve ever been!” Her secret? “Eighty percent healthy living and then 20-percent is: Go have a martini, go have your pizza and burgers and stay up late with your friends.” “In the afternoon, I’ll just have a snack of like an apple and almond butter, or popcorn.”Logging shut-eye is also crucial, even if getting the recommended seven to nine hours a night isn’t always possible.
