At one point the sweaty Friends star was cooled down with what looked like a massive long-nosed fan that resembled a vacuum cleaner nozzle. The Emmy winner talked to InStyle about how she has beaten her body up over the past 15 years in order to look Hollywood perfect but it has taken a toll on her. A source told Us Weekly magazine: 'Jen's meals are rich in protein with a healthy amount of carbs, and she also indulges in treats and cheat days.
