Jennie Garth has opened up about her 'rollercoaster' relationship with her body image. Speaking on her I Choose Me with Jennie Garth podcast , she said: 'I have gone through ups and downs with my diet.'
The 52-year-old actress - who has Luca, 26, Lola, 21, and Fiona, 17, with ex-husband Peter Facinelli - admitted she has felt pressure to maintain her appearance. Jennie believes self-care is very important for wellbeing and there are certain rituals she carries out in the mornings to try and set herself up for a good day.
