She continued, “We sat down together to discuss our divorce, communicating as ex-partners & for the first time EVER, we reflected on our coparenting journey. The twosome — who met on the set of 1996’s An Unfinished Affair — tied the knot in January 2001 and announced their split in March 2012. “I never thought we would get to a place where we could have a civil conversation about our feelings,” Garth exclusively told Us Weekly in May, noting that they are “really good” now.
