While speaking with PEOPLE about the launch of her new iHeart podcast, I Choose Me with Jennie Garth, out April 30, the 90210 alum, 52, reflected on how her daughters Luca, 26, Lola, 21, and Fiona, 17, have all entered into a new stage of life. "I never believed that when people were saying it about me, but when I'm saying it about my daughters, it's terrifying because their world is moving at lightning speed, and there's just so much access to everything now that you really have to...just put in the time and the work," she says. In another photo, Garth took a selfie with her daughter Luca, twinning in matching pink sunglasses.
