Jenni Rivera to Get Posthumous Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Regional Mexican star Jenni Rivera will be honored with a posthumous star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Jenni Rivera performs onstage at the 11th Annual Latin Grammy Awards at Mandalay Bay Events Center on November 11, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. “Jenni’s star represents not only her incredible achievements as an artist, but also her resilience, courage, and unwavering spirit that continue to inspire fans around the world.” At the time of her death on December 9, 2012, Rivera, 43, was at the peak of her career and the single most successful woman in regional Mexican and on the Billboard Latin charts.
