Many casual fans may not know this, but Jenna Ortega actually made a small cameo in Iron Man 3 when she was just 11 years old as the Vice President’s Daughter. During the interview, Paul Rudd joked that Jenna Ortega might be able to return as the same character in the MCU, with Marvel finding someway to reinvent her miniscule role over a decade later. While it could be interesting to see the daughter of a former Vice President take on the role of a hero, it’s doubtful that the franchise would waste the actresses’ star power just for a throwaway callback to Iron Man 3.
