Jenna Dewan's lawyers say Channing Tatum's team has used 'every trick in the book to stall this case from getting to a trial' in Magic Mike profits row

Lawyers for Dewan, 43, said in papers filed Tuesday that attorneys for Tatum, 44, had been using 'every trick in the book to stall this case from getting to a trial.'

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan's contentious court battle continues more than six years after their split, with their respective legal teams trading sharp accusations in recent filings. The Hartford, Connecticut-born actress, who is mother to daughter Everly, 11, with the Cullman, Alabama-born actor, said in court docs Tatum has been 'attempting to blur the lines' of the intellectual property in the Magic Mike franchise. A filing from Dewan's attorneys on August 28 stated that lawyers for Tatum had been obligated to declare 'Glaser Weil's extensive and ongoing involvement with martial transactions related to the community's Magic Mike intellectual property.
