Her latest sighting comes after Tatum sent his attorneys to court last month to fight against Dewan's demands for a bigger slice of the profits from his 'billion dollar' Magic Mike movies and live shows. Tatum's attorney, Kristina Royce-Grotzinger, conceded to Judge David Wasserman Wednesday that 'there's no dispute that the Magic Mike intellectual property was created during the marriage.' Her ex secretly plotted with others to hide his Magic Mike earnings from her, she asserts, and after they broke up he 'unilaterally transferred' a portion of those intellectual property rights to a separate company 'without her knowledge or consent.'
