The extended court battle has 'caused immense tension in the dynamic recently' between Dewan and Tatum, an insider told US Weekly Tuesday, adding that they 'both knew it would take awhile for them to settle their divorce but neither of them thought it would be this long.' Dewan 'is just looking for a fair resolution of community assets of the marriage under California State Law' after five years of working toward a settlement and attending multiple meetings on the topic, the rep told the outlet Monday. Tatum 'collected 100 percent of the profits' from his Magic Mike endeavors following their 2018 split, Dewan's legal team said, adding that he didn't keep her informed about his business dealings involving the brand.
