Jemima Goldsmith has had a painful start to the year after falling down a mountain in South Africa as she shared a gallery of snaps to Instagram on Sunday.
Lady Annabel Goldsmith's daughter and the ex-wife of cricketer Imran Khan had her leg fitted into an Aircast as she smiled for a picture while leaning on crutches in her hospital room. Goldsmith said the Pakistani authorities had stopped all visits to Khan by his family and lawyers, postponed court hearings and prevented him from calling their two sons, who live in London, since early September.
