In an October social media update, Jelly’s nutrition coach Ian Larios explained that in addition to a healthy diet, he’s been “walking the arenas, playing basketball, boxing.” Later on in the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center clip, the Grammy-nominated superstar shared some powerful words of advice.
