Jeffrey Wright Joins Michael Fassbender In Paramount+’s Remake Of ‘The Bureau’
Jeffrey Wright (American Fiction) has been tapped to star opposite Michael Fassbender in The Agency (fka The Department), for Paramount+.
“Jeffrey Wright doesn’t just portray characters – he inhabits them completely, infusing each role with raw, emotional power and profound, psychological insight,” said Chris McCarthy, Paramount Global Co-CEO and President/CEO, Showtime & MTV Entertainment Studios. Upcoming, Wright will star opposite Denzel Washington in the Spike Lee directed, Apple Original Films/A24 thriller, High and Low and he will appear in Season 2 of HBO’s The Last Of Us, reprising his role of Isaac from the video game.
