Jeff Bridges Says His Health Is 'Great,' Admits He Doesn’t 'Think Too Much' About His Cancer Journey

Jeff Bridges, 74, said his health is “great,” and that he's put his cancer battle behind him. The actor was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2020 and announced he was in remission in 2021.

The Oscar-winning actor, 74, spoke to PageSix at the 49th Chaplin Award Gala and said he’s been doing well in remission and has come a long way since he was “pretty close to dying” during his cancer treatment in 2021. Bridges first shared his lymphoma diagnosis on Twitter in October 2020, writing at the time, "Although it is a serious disease, I feel fortunate that I have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good. According to the Mayo Clinic, symptoms of lymphoma can include painless swelling of lymph nodes in your neck, armpits or groin, persistent fatigue, fever, night sweats, shortness of breath, unexplained weight loss and itchy skin.
