Jeannie Mai Asks Judge to Hold Off on Enforcing Her and Jeezy's Prenup

The exes have been trading allegations against each other since the rapper filed for divorce in September.

On Thursday, Mai filed docs, which were obtained by ET, asking the court to either deny or delay until completed discovery her estranged husband's request to enforce their prenuptial agreement. "The abbreviated negotiation window raises significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process, and each party’s 'full and fair disclosure' of their financial positions," the docs argue. Then, in December court docs, Jeezy claimed that Mai was acting as a "gatekeeper" of their daughter and asked a judge for a hearing to set "clearly defined" temporary legal and physical custody rights amid their divorce.
