Jean Smart has won her second Golden Globe for best performance by a female actor in a television series musical or comedy for 'Hacks'.
In Hacks Season 3, a year after parting, Deborah Vance (Smart) is riding high off the success of her standup special while Ava (Hannah Einbinder) pursues new opportunities back in Los Angeles. It is executive produced by Downs and Aniello via their Paulilu banner, Statsky via First Thought Productions, as well as Emmy winners Michael Schur via Fremulon, David Miner for 3 Arts Entertainment and Morgan Sackett. Smart bested fellow nominees Kristin Bell for Nobody Wants This, Quinta Brunson for Abbott Elementary, Ayo Edebiri for The Bear, Selena Gomez for Only Murders in the Building and Kathryn Hahn for Agatha All Along.
