Jay Blades is dropped from The Repair Shop Tour after being charged with controlling and coercive behaviour against his estranged wife
The TV presenter, 54, who fronted the BBC series for seven years will not be joining his co-hosts on the road it has been revealed.
The upcoming tour, Secrets From The Barn, is due to hit the road in 2025 and travel across the UK, stopping off at Newcastle, Birmingham, Sheffield and Salford. Creators Ricochet are eyeing up The Repair Shop's furniture restorer Will Kirk and craftsman Dominic Chinea as potential replacements for Jay, according to The Sun. The presenter has been quietly dropped from the line-up and is noticeably absent from its promo material after the star's ex-wife filed her allegations (pictured outside Cannock Magistrates Court, September 17, 2024)
