Jax Taylor refiles for divorce from estranged wife Brittany Cartwright after hiring Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline's attorney
The Valley star, 45, hired the attorney of Kevin Federline, Britney Spears' ex-husband, amid their divorce proceedings. Cartwright, 35, first filed for divorce back in August.
Now, the reality TV personality has countered with his own filing requesting a dissolution of marriage, and according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Taylor listed Mark Vincent Kaplan as his attorney. Unlike Cartwright, who listed their date of separation as January 24, 2024, a month before they shared the news publicly, Taylor claimed they didn't officially call it quits until September 26, 2024. Now, the reality TV personality has countered with his own filing requesting a dissolution of marriage, and according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Taylor listed Mark Vincent Kaplan as his attorney; pictured April 27 in Washington, D.C.
