Jason Winer To Direct & Exec Produce Matthew McConaughey & Woody Harrelson’s Brothers Comedy Series At Apple

Jason Winer (Modern Family) is set to direct and executive produce Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson's brothers comedy series for Apple TV+.

Apple’s untitled 10-episode half-hour comedy reunites Harrelson and McConaughey, who play heightened versions of themselves in a heartfelt odd couple love story revolving around their strange and beautiful sibling-like bond. Winer most recently executive produced and directed Disney+/20th TV series The Santa Clause s. Known for his work on Modern Famil y, Winer directed the pilot and more than 20 episodes of the hit ABC series, earning multiple Emmy nominations, and served as producing director. He has projects in development at FX, Hulu, Apple and Netflix through his Small Dog Production Picture Company.
