Speaking with People Magazine during a panel at a pre-Emmys event on Thursday night, the co-creators expressed their surprise when asked about Behar’s assertion. Behar previously claimed in The View’s “Behind the Table” podcast this week that she was offered a role to play Sudeikis’ titular character’s mother in season three.
