As he prepares to embark on his next chapter as part of ESPN's Monday Night Countdown, Kelce opens up to PEOPLE about what his family life has been like in retirement so far. Asked about his most perfect day this year so far, the retired athlete tells PEOPLE it was getting to take his three daughters — Bennett, 17 months, Elliotte, 3½, and Wyatt, 4½ — to Disney World in early February. The father of three, who shares his little ones with wife Kylie Kelce, went on to joke that taking on a theme park with three kids under 4 is "definitely not perfect," but still meaningful all the same.
