Jasmine Cephas Jones Cast In 'Lanterns' DC Series At HBO
She joins the previously announced cast: Kyle Chandler, Aaron Pierre, Kelly MacDonald, Garret Dillahunt, Poorna Jagannathan and Ulrich Thomsen. The series, from Chris Mundy, Damon Lindelof and Tom King, follows new recruit John Stewart (Pierre) and Lantern legend Hal Jordan (Chandler), two intergalactic cops drawn into a dark, Earth-based mystery as they investigate a murder in the American heartland. Further on the music side, she plays the character “Swan” on Lin Manuel Miranda and Eisa Davis’ concept album Warriors for Atlantic Records.
