Janey Godley reveals having to tell her 'catastrophiser' daughter that she had cancer was the 'worst part' of the ordeal as she says it was like 'throwing a hand grenade'

Janey Godley has revealed that having to tell her autistic daughter Ashley that she had cancer was the 'worst part' of her ordeal.

'I tell Ashley that she is likely to feel a sense of relief once it's finally done and I'm dead: no more chemo, no more hair loss, no more vomiting, no more worry. The Scottish star revealed last March during her BBC podcast The C Bomb that she was knitting Liam a scarf after she found out he was a fan of her voiceover sketches. During the pandemic Janey gained viral recognition for her voiceovers of politician's videos on TV, for example Nicola Sturgeon or Boris Johnson.
