In her new book, Tiny Dancer Big World - a self-help manual of sorts - she details some of the toughest times of her life, including the first series of Strictly. Janette, 40, who is married to Strictly pro Aljaž Škorjanec, the father of her one-year-old daughter Lyra, says there were also times she felt "very lonely".
