Spears, 33, shared a carousel of photos via Instagram on Sunday, March 30, featuring Maddie, 16, in a floor-length lilac Sherri Hill dress with a thigh-high split. “All in my feels, bc my baby girl has committed to furthering her athletic & academic career at the University of Southern Miss!” Spears wrote via Instagram at the time. “Today is extra special, bc it’s Maddie’s #MiracleAnniversary and we could never have made it through that time without God, our faith, the first responders, amazing medical teams, family, and the prayers & support from our community, as well as from you guys all around the world,” Jamie Lynn wrote via Instagram in February.
