Jamie Lee Curtis makes emotional plea to Mark Zuckerberg over disturbing use of AI images
Hollywood star Jamie-Lee Curtis posted on both Facebook and Instagram, reaching a combined nine million followers, to make a heartfelt plea to Mark Zuckerberg.
In February, she was targeted yet again in an AI scam when a fake video of her, Adam Sandler, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Sacha Baron Cohen, Jack Black and Jake Gyllenhaal was released condemning anti-Semitic comments made by Kanye West. Supporters said the law is crucial to curb the practice, citing the case of a media company that produced a fake, AI-generated hourlong comedy special to recreate the late comedian George Carlin's style and material without his estate's consent.
